a.  A gamer plays with multiple ids or uses his/her own referral link to create multiple accounts - we deactivate the referred accounts

b.  A gamer converts cash bonus into winnings by fraudulent activities - we take back the cash bonus component of the winnings

Terms & Conditions of the program

The Dream11 “Invite Friends” Program lets you invite your friends to join Dream11.com (“Program"). For every successful and verified reference, you and your friend will receive a Cash Bonus from Dream11 of Rs.250 (for Indian users) redeemable on the site (“Bonus Amount”).

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

To participate in the Program, please note our terms and conditions (“Terms”) in this respect, as they govern your participation in the Program:

1. Eligibility – All users who have an account registered with Dream11.com ("Website"), which account has been verified by Dream11, and are eligible to participate in the pay-to play Dream11 fantasy cricket or football games (as per the Dream11's terms and conditions, accessible at https://fantasycricket.dream11.com/in/termsandconditions) will be eligible to participate in the Program. Participation in the Program by proxy is not permitted.

2. Participation in the Program is voluntary. A user shall not register or operate more than one user account with Dream11.com and shall not participate in the Program with more than one user account with Dream11.

3. The Program will be open for participation from Indian Standard Time ("IST") 17:00:00 hours on December 21, 2016 till IST 23:59:59 hours on 20th January 2017 (“Program Period”).("Program Period")

4. By participating in the Program, you agree to and accept these Terms.

5. For participation in the Program, you will be provided with a unique link and/or an invite code, which can be shared by you ("Invitor") with friends (each an "Invitee") for the purpose of inviting such friends to create and register an account with the Website. On clicking the link, your Invitee shall be directed to the Website registration page, and provided the option to register an account with the Website.

6. For the Invitor and Invitee being eligible to receive the Bonus Amount, the Invitee must not be an existing user of Dream11 and must be eligible to participate in the pay-to play Dream11 fantasy cricket or football games. An 'existing user of Dream11' shall mean a user who presently operates an account with the Website or operated an account with the Website at any point of time.

7. An Invitor or an Invitee who is an existing user of Dream11 is not permitted to register a new account with the Website for the purpose of availing of the Bonus Amount. Dream11 will determine in its sole discretion whether an Invitee is an existing user of Dream11 or not.

8. On completion of the verification of the Invitee and provided such verification occurs during the Program Period, the Bonus Amount shall be credited to the Invitor's and Invitee's Cash Bonus Account with the Website, within fifteen (15) days of completion of verification.

9. The account verification of the Invitee shall be completed at the time of first withdrawal by the Invitee from the Invitee's 'Your Winnings' account or 'Your Deposits' account with the Website. An Invitee may voluntarily seek verification of the Invitee by clicking on the 'Verify Now' tab of the Account Balance page of the Invitee's account with the Website. In the event that the Invitee fails to verify the Invitee's account details within the Promotion Period or omits to provide documents requested for such verification, no Bonus Amount shall be due in respect of such Invitee to the Invitee and Invitor.

10. The verification process may require an Invitee to submit personal information about the Invitee and documents identifying the Invitee. The Invitor agrees to receive communication from Dream11 and to allow Dream11 to communicate with Invitees referred by you about the Invitor's participation in the Program. Any information collected in respect of the Invitor/Invitee as part of the Program or otherwise in the course of such person's use of the Website shall be subject to Dream11's Privacy Policy (available here: https://fantasycricket.dream11.com/in/privacypolicy)

11. The Bonus Amount deposited into the user's account can be used to join other paid leagues and Contests on Dream11.com. However, the Bonus Amount cannot be used to join any private leagues created on Dream11 and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any other cash balance account held by you with Dream11.com or to any third party account or to any bank/payment instrument account. THE BONUS AMOUNT MUST BE UTILISED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CREDIT. IN CASE ANY UNUTILIZED BONUS AMOUNT LIES IN THE CASH BONUS ACCOUNT AFTER THE COMPLETION OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CREDIT OF SUCH AMOUNT, DREAM11 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO FORFEIT SUCH UNUTILISED AMOUNT, WITHOUT LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION TO PAY ANY COMPENSATION TO THE USER.

12. The deposit of the Bonus Amount shall be at the sole discretion of Dream11 and shall be subject to the user's compliance with these Terms. Dream11 may substitute or change the Bonus Amount offered under the Program at any time without notice. Users may not substitute the amount of Bonus Amount or substitute offering for other items or exchange for cash.

13. Dream11 reserves the right to withhold the deposit of the Bonus Amount or forfeit any deposited Bonus Amount to an Invitor/Invitee in the event that it determines or reasonably believes that such Invitor/Invitee has violated these Terms or the terms and conditions of the Dream11.com fantasy cricket game.

14. Mere participation in the Program does not entitle the Invitor/Invitee to receive any Bonus Amount.

15. Dream11 may, at its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any user if such user engages in or it is found that such user has engaged in any illegal, unlawful or improper conduct (with regard to the Program or otherwise).

16. The decision of Dream11 will be final and binding with regard to the Program, and the deposit of the Bonus Amount and no correspondence, objection, complaints, etc. will be entertained in this regard.

17. This Program cannot be clubbed with any of other contest/promotion/Program that are running simultaneously and organized or conducted by Dream11.

18. Dream11 reserves the right to change/modify/or withdraw the Program and/or change these terms and conditions without any prior notice of the same at its sole discretion.

19. The Terms and Conditions, as applicable to Dream11’s fantasy cricket or fantasy football games and services will apply to and govern the Program.

20. Dream11 does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the participants (Invitor/Invitee) of the Program.

21. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the aggregate liability of Dream11 to a participating user (Invitor/Invitee) in relation to the Program for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed Rs.250

How does the new program work for me?

The new program is designed to help you earn at every stage:

Download the Dream11 app (iOS or Android) & start inviting your friends

The more your friends play in cash leagues, the more cash bonus you earn (max. upto Rs.250 per friend). E.g. If your friend joins a cash league with Rs.20, a cash bonus of Rs.20 will be added to your Dream11 account once the winner declaration for that match is completed

Remember - both you & your friend MUST download the app, verify your email id & mobile number to earn Rs.250 cash bonus!
 

How does the new program work for my friend?

Your friend MUST download the Dream11 app (iOS or Android) using your invite link OR use your invite code during registration. Once this step is successfully done, cash bonus of Rs.100 will be added to his/her account

Once your friend verifies his/her mobile no, a cash bonus of Rs.100 is given out

Once your friend verifies his/her email id, a cash bonus of Rs. 50 is given out

How do I verify my mobile & email id?

Verification is really simple! Go to My Account located in the App menu & tap on Verify Now to verify your email id & mobile no.

How does my friend verify his/her account?

Your friend will be asked to verify his/her mobile no. & email id when he downloads the app. He can skip the verification at this stage & verify later through the My Account section. Same steps will need to be followed as in the case of your verification.

When do I get the cash bonus?

Your cash bonus is linked to your friend! You’ll get the cash bonus of the same amount  (upto Rs.250 per friend) for which your friend joins cash leagues. Remember, your cash bonus will be added to your account only after the winners have been declared for the match (your friend has joined cash leagues for)

My friend has verified his/her email & mobile, but I still haven’t got the Rs.250 cash bonus

To get the Rs.250 cash bonus, your friend must play in cash leagues worth Rs.250. For e.g. If your friend joins a cash league with Rs.20, a cash bonus of Rs.20 will be automatically added to your Dream11 account once the match is completed (i.e. winner declaration has been done).

What happens if the match my friend joined cash leagues for was abandoned/cancelled?

Don’t worry! In such a case, your friend’s entry fees will be refunded (to his/her account) which can be used for joining any other cash league. You’ll get your bonus only completion of a match (not in case it is abandoned/cancelled)

Who can I invite?

You can invite any of your friends who are above 18 years of age and aren’t already a registered gamer on Dream11

Can I withdraw my cash bonus?

Don’t be greedy! You can’t withdraw your cash bonus directly. However, you can join cash leagues to win real money & withdraw the same to your bank account.

Does the cash bonus expire?

Yes. All good things come with an expiration date! The good part is you have 90 days (from the time it gets credited into your Dream11 account) to use the bonus to join any cash leagues.  

How do I invite my friends?

The Invite a Friend program is now app only. Download the Dream11 Pro (Android) or the iOS app & start inviting your friends to play with you on Dream11.

What is the maximum number of friends I can invite?

You can invite as many friends as you like. The more the merrier.

What about the friends who have already joined through the earlier program?

Nothing changes for them. The friends you’ve invited through the earlier program will go through the old process.

Will I get cash bonus if I download the app, but I’m already registered on Dream11 through desktop or mobile site?

No. Cash bonus is only applicable to gamers who download the app first & then register using the app.

Why did my verification get reejected?

Some of the major reasons why your verification request may be rejected are mentioned below:

PAN card (mandatory) is not uploaded as ID proof for verification.PAN number on the card does not match with the PAN number entered during verification request.Date Of Birth on the PAN card does not match with the Date Of Birth on your Dream11.com account.Name on the PAN card does not match with the name on the bank account.IFSC code provided in the bank details is incorrect / belongs to a different bank branch than the one mentioned for verification purposes.The documents uploaded by you are not clear / visible.Bank account number entered in verification request does not match with account number appearing on the uploaded proof.

In the rare case that your verification request gets rejected, the reason for rejection will be emailed to you. You can always resubmit your documents.

Why should I verify my self ?

Verification is a one-time process which involves your PAN Card and your bank account details. We need to ensure that your winnings reach your account only! 

All winnings are linked to your PAN Card. Tax deductions are applicable only for winnings greater than Rs.10,000.

You can view, withdraw or deposit money into your Dream11 account anytime by going to the “My Account” link.

You will need to go through a One Time Account Verification process before you withdraw any money from your Dream11 account. Don’t worry – this process won't take time and will not be repeated unless you wish to change any of your details.

Money in your Dream11 account is divided into 3 categories:

Unutilized: If you have deposited any amount but have not yet joined any league using this amount, it will be categorized as Unutilized in your Dream11 account

Winnings: The amount of money earned as “winnings” through any cash leagues joined. No processing fees will be deducted if you wish to withdraw any amount from your Winnings!

Cash Bonus: It’s on us! This is a bonus amount given by Dream11 to you. This amount cannot be withdrawn, however it can be used to join any public cash leagues and win more cash! This cash bonus comes with an expiry date so make full use of this freebie and get started!

How to managing your team

- You can make as many changes to your Dream11 teams as you like until the deadline of that match (1 hour before the start of the real-life match) 

- You can also change your Captain or Vice Captain before the deadline of the match without editing the rest of your team

Select the “Edit Team” button to make changes to your team

- Make sure you keep an eye on which of your players are playing the match and keep your teams updated at all times.

Points to remember:

- Your Captain will receive 2 times the points scored

- Your Vice Captain will receive 1.5 times the points scored

- Strike Rate scoring will only be applicable for strike rate below 70 runs per 100 balls

- Substitutes on the field will not be awarded point for any contribution they make.However, Concussion Substitutes (as defined in the Cricket Australia Playing Conditions for Domestic Matches) will be awarded points for any contributions they make in a match governed by the Cricket Australia Playing Conditions for Domestic Matches.

- In case of any transfer of a real-life player in the intervening period between scheduled updates, such transfer shall not be reflected in the roster of players until the next scheduled update. Please note that while the transferred player will be available for selection in the transferred team's roster of players in a Contest during the intervening period, no points will be attributed to such transferred player in the course of such contest.

How to create your cricket team

Create Your Fantasy Cricket Team

Step 1: Select the sport

Click the grid icon on the top right corner of the 'Home' screen and select the sport of your choice.

Step 2: Select a match

Select any ongoing or upcoming tour and select the match you create your team for. Click on the ‘Create Teams’ button to create a team for the particular match displayed.

Create your Dream11 team by picking 11 players as per the following combinations within a budget of 100 credits.

Step 3: Pick players for your Dream11 team

Select players for your Dream11 team from all 4 of the categories mentioned below:

WK – Wicket-keeperBAT – BatsmenBWL – BowlersAR – All-rounders

Check player info by clicking on ‘info’ next to the player name at any point.

Sort players as per their teams, credits and points.

Keep an eye on:

Step 4: Select your Dream11 team’s Captain & Vice Captain

After creating your Dream11 team, choose a Captain & Vice captain for the team.

Captain – Gets 2x points scored by him in the actual gameVice captain – Gets 1.5x points scored by him in the actual game

            

Step 5: Creating multiple teams

You can create upto 4 teams per match and choose to join a league with any of the teams created!

Make sure you keep an eye on which of your players are playing the match and keep your session updated at all times.
